Hi, friend. I'm Evgheni Floca.

This website is my primary place online. Everything I consider important ends up here.

I build side projects, write science fiction stories, and create visual art. For my visual work and studies, I use the name Nao Mori. This space is where those explorations live.

I love science fiction, especially hard sci-fi like Alastair Reynolds, Liu Cixin, Arthur C. Clarke, and the quieter worlds of Clifford Simak. However, when I write, I'm less interested in technical accuracy and more in exploring ideas and questions that matter to me, using science fiction as a backdrop. Though I don't plan to limit myself to one genre.

By day, I work as a sound designer for video games (showreel here) and have a background in music composition (earlier work here).
