Hello, I’m Evgheni Floca, a sound designer and music composer based in Chișinău, Moldova. 
I specialize in creating immersive audio experiences for video games by combining field recording, synthesis,
and technical implementation using FMOD Studio.
Currently, I work as a Sound Designer on various PlayStation projects, where I create and integrate in-game audio assets.
My responsibilities include sound design, mixing, mastering, and collaborating closely with programmers
to implement audio systems in Unity and Unreal Engine.
My primary digital audio workstation (DAW) is Reaper, and I also have extensive experience with Studio One.
My workflow consists of:
- Custom sound creation using my personal field recordings, third-party libraries
(such as Sonniss and Boom Library), and synthesis in Phase Plant
- Detailed layering and editing in Reaper
- Creating dynamic audio systems using FMOD Studio
- Integrating audio into game engines and conducting iterative testing
As a composer, I focus on orchestral and ambient music inspired by science fiction and fantasy.
I have released two fantasy music packs and composed background music for the mobile game Star Merge.
I am fluent in Romanian and Russian, and I have an upper-intermediate level of English.
I am always open to collaborating on creative audio projects.
